In todays time when customer service isn’t like it used to be, she made it a joyful experience with here professionalism, kindness and humor! She quickly had an answer for every question I threw at her! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that with State Farm, I am now paying a hair more than 50% less than I was with AllState! I’d say I am in much better hands with State Farm! That other competitor’s rates were just hideous 😁"
